Our Philosophy

At Fayette County Mediation, LLC, (FCM) we believe that meditation is a powerful tool for achieving situational clarity and dispute resolution while ensuring one's peace of mind. This is accomplished through an interactive experience of prioritizing needs and wants and then seeking an equitable solution for parties involved. 


FCM's purpose is not to resolve the conflict, but to provide clients with the tools to assess their expectations of a resolution, make demands and, yes, even thoughtfully make concessions if/when appropriate.
